Berlioz, Strauss, Ravel and countless other composer greats: All wrote intoxicating concert works for orchestra and singer. The live final of the biennial Peter Hulsen Orchestral Song Award celebrates such treasures and an array of emerging vocal talents.

The winning singer, as judged by an expert panel featuring Sir Thomas Allen and Susan Bullock, will become an Associate Artist of Southbank Sinfonia for 2020-21, while you will also have the opportunity to cast your own vote in the Audience Award.

Previous winners include our current Associate Artist Lotte Betts-Dean (2017), and soprano Soraya Mafi (2015) - just shortlisted for an International Opera Award.
