How do we collect information from you?

How is your information used?

We may use your information to:

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations (for example the collection of Gift Aid). We may need to disclose your details if required to the police, regulatory bodies or legal advisors.

Giving you control

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not wish to hear from us, you can choose your communications preferences when completing forms on this website. You can also opt out of communications at any time - every email newsletter sent to you includes an unsubscribe button in its footer or you can contact us at info@southbanksinfonia.co.uk or 020 7921 0370.

If you have opted out of marketing communications, we may still need to get in touch with you to provide important information about the events you've booked or to tell you about any changes.
