Terms & Conditions of Sale

The majority of tickets sold for events featuring Southbank Sinfonia are sold through the Box Office of the relevant venue, with details of each found by clicking the 'i' icon next to the venue name on a concert's event page. Each venue will have its own specific Terms & Conditions of Sale which you are welcome to consult.

By purchasing a ticket or booking a free ticket from Southbank Sinfonia directly (for an event that is our own promotion) you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale detailed below.

Ticket prices

In response to demand, we may change prices. We might also adapt seating areas or limit availability of concessions and discounts. Tickets are sold for use by the buyer and his or her party. We can cancel tickets if there’s any breach of this condition, and refuse entry without refund.

Payments, charges and email

Southbank Sinfonia takes payments through Worldpay, one of the world's most trusted online payment gateways. As such, we accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and JCB.

We don't charge a booking fee for tickets booked online. Online bookings will be confirmed by email and, where relevant, include information on ticket collection. Emails should be received shortly after you complete your order - if nothing arrives, please check your junk folder and then get in touch with us at info@southbanksinfonia.co.uk.

Refunds and exchanges

Tickets purchased directly from Southbank Sinfonia are non-refundable.

Customers wishing to return tickets should contact Southbank Sinfonia via phone on 020 7921 0370. Customers must notify the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the original concert performance time if intending to return tickets. In extenuating circumstances, and at the discretion of Southbank Sinfonia, tickets may be exchanged for others of equal value for any other own-promotion concert or event (subject to availability) within one year of the exchange date.

Southbank Sinfonia may be able to resell tickets on a customer’s behalf if the event is a sellout. Returning tickets to Southbank Sinfonia does not guarantee that they will be resold. Customers returning tickets may not use tickets to attend the event(s) once they have been confirmed as returned. Resales are undertaken at the customers own risk.

If successfully resold, Southbank Sinfonia will notify customers via email up to 15 working days following the event, and return the value of the tickets directly to the original payment card. Customers who do not hear from Southbank Sinfonia within 15 working days should assume that tickets have not been resold.

In extenuating circumstances refunds may be given, and only at the discretion of Southbank Sinfonia.

In the event of a performance or event being cancelled, customers will be notified as soon as possible and tickets will be refunded. If an event is rescheduled, customers will be offered equivalent tickets for the rescheduled event or a refund depending on their preference.
