Southbank Sinfonia Autumn Season

Southbank Sinfonia Autumn Season
We are delighted to announce our Autumn season (October to December 2022), filled with concerts to celebrate 20 years since the foundation of Southbank Sinfonia.

Highlights throughout the season include the world premiere of Roxanna Panufnik’s TWENTY, a work specially composed for Southbank Sinfonia’s 20th anniversary; a Baroque concert in association with The London Handel Festival; a performance of French works as part of our partner organisation, St John’s Smith Square’s Belle Époque Festival; and the premiere of two new works by Guy Barker as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival.

As well as premiering new music and championing female composers, our players will lead Musical Zoo Family Workshops and a Southbank Sinfonia Open Day. Finally, the return of our annual ‘Rush Hour Concerts’ series this Autumn will also see a wide range of works performed at St John’s Waterloo.

We hope that you will find much to enjoy in our Autumn season, and we look forward to welcoming you to our concerts in the coming months!
